Diagram of Basic Emotions

In this first diagram for the ABCs of sadness, I put the antecedent events such as losing a loved one, loneliness, and watching a sad movie because I think those are examples of when people feel the most sadness. Some of the beliefs which I believe also cause sadness included not feeling loved. All these can cause a weight or heaviness in the chest, crying or wanting to cry, and not wanting to talk to anyone. Based on experience this is how I usually see people expressing their sadness.

On this other diagram, I used the basic emotion of joy. As seen in the diagram, the ABCs are practically the opposite of each other. Instead of feeling a heaviness in the chest, there is a lightness someone feels when they feel joy.
